At The Hayes Collective, we’re committed to clear, fair and transparent pricing.
Our fees are structured to reflect the depth of expertise, time investment and measurable value we bring to each engagement.
We publish guide prices openly so clients can make informed decisions from the outset.
However, as each partnership, evaluation or project carries its own scope and complexity, the final fee will always be confirmed through a clear proposal and agreed Terms of Engagement.
Our Standard Structure
Day rate: £700
Commission: 4.5% on confirmed partnership or contract value
Connection & Design Fee: fixed fee payable on engagement to cover discovery, due diligence and curated introductions
These figures provide a transparent baseline for planning and budgeting.
Where additional depth, urgency or interdependent delivery is required, fees may be reviewed proportionately to reflect the time, responsibility and assurance involved.
For Larger or More Complex Projects
For multi-partner engagements, accelerated timescales or projects with wider interdependencies, rates and commission will be reviewed to reflect the depth and scope of service being provided.
All variations are discussed openly and documented before work commences — no surprises, no hidden extras.
Payment Terms
Standard payment schedule: 30% on engagement, 30% at midpoint, 40% on completion. *Unless stated otherwise.
Retainers and block bookings are invoiced monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Any travel or agreed expenses are charged at cost.
